Doutorado em Economia pela Universidade de Alicante (2006), desenvolve investiga\u00e7\u00e3o nas \u00e1reas dos mercados financeiros, com particular enfoque nos mercados de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e nos credit default swaps (CDS).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os seus principais interesses de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o incluem, ainda, temas de pol\u00edtica monet\u00e1ria e econometria bayesiana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizou tr\u00eas est\u00e1gios no Banco Central Europeu e foi Professor Auxiliar na Universidade Cat\u00f3lica Portuguesa entre 2006 e 2010. Foi igualmente Visiting Scholar no Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) durante um semestre.
