Ingressa na Marktest, em Outubro de 1988, como t\u00e9cnica de estudos de mercado. Em 1992, passa a desempenhar fun\u00e7\u00f5es de Respons\u00e1vel de Departamento desenvolvendo a sua atividade na \u00e1rea dos estudos sobre o setor das Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es e estudos omnibus. Em 2004, assume o cargo de Diretora T\u00e9cnica da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o de Estudos Setoriais da Marktest, dedicando-se a estudos nos setores das Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es, Banca e Seguros, a par de outros estudos na \u00e1rea do grande consumo, como \u00e9 o TGI \u2013 Target Group Index. Em 2009, esta unidade de neg\u00f3cio passa igualmente a dar resposta a todos os estudos ad hoc, tendo sido desenvolvidas novas solu\u00e7\u00f5es como por exemplo: MRI \u2013 Marktest Reputation Index ou o CSI \u2013 Consumer Satisfaction Index Marktest.
