Rogério Campos Henriques

Rogério Campos Henriques is currently Chief Executive Officer of Fidelidade, the leading insurance company in the Life and Non-Life segments in Portugal, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Multicare – Health Insurance.

Within the Fidelidade Group, he is responsible for the Information Systems, Advanced Analytics, Human Resources, and Marketing departments, as well as the Health Insurance division.

He has been with the Fidelidade Group since 2008, initially overseeing Information Systems and serving as a Board Member of Multicare, the Group’s health insurance company. During this period, he was responsible for implementing the new IT Strategic Plan and led the turnaround and organizational restructuring of the Group’s Information Systems Department.

He is also a member of the Advisory Board of CIONET in Portugal and of the IDC CIO Council. At the Portuguese Association of Insurers (APS), he coordinates the Operational Committee “Segurnet” — the APS IT platform that provides services to Portuguese insurers.

Before joining Fidelidade, he worked for several years (1994–2002) at The Boston Consulting Group in Portugal and Spain as a senior manager in the Telecommunications and Financial Services practices. He later joined the Portugal Telecom Group (2003–2008), where he was responsible for Strategy and Business Development, and subsequently served as Chief Marketing Officer for PT Group’s African Operations.

He holds a degree in Economics from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and an MBA from INSEAD.
