Pedro Lancastre

CEO, Dils Portugal

Pedro has been CEO of Dils Portugal for a year, leading the brand’s entry, expansion, and consolidation in the national real estate market. With a solid and recognized career in the sector, Pedro brings with him extensive experience acquired over almost three decades in leading companies in Portugal and abroad.

His career began in banking in 1995, at BCP and BPI, entering the sector in 2001, first at CBRE, and then at Sonae Sierra. In 2007, he joined JLL, where he spent around 16 years, 12 of which as CEO of JLL Portugal, where he played a central role in establishing the consultancy as a leader.

A father of six, Pedro finds his greatest source of inspiration in his family. He grew up following the example of his father and brothers, who always encouraged him to take risks, a philosophy he now passes on to his children and his team. He believes that leadership is, above all, about inspiring and trusting, and he is proud of the talent that surrounds him, which he considers to be a “talent magnet.” He has also been vice president of Sporting Clube de Portugal since 2018.
